Hold on to Your Seats Boys!

 Now boys (for that’s what you’ll all turn into after reading this article), I have an important topic to discuss with you. It’s really nothing new but I find that most people have a hard time discussing this topic in particular. I don’t because I’ve embraced effective cultivation and completion of The Perfect POO!

Get all of your giggles and wiggles out my Gents of Preciousness because a healthy and sound body will in fact produce a Perfect Poo.

What constitutes a perfect poo? A perfect poo will come out with relative ease. In other words, it will torpedo out of your body. The other key to a perfect poo is that in comes out in one (long) piece. If your movement is watery or comes out in pebbles, then you are in dire need of perfection!

  • Constipation is serious. It can lead to varicose veins and thrombosis (blood clots).
  • Ensure you are consuming plenty of water and fiber in your diet. These items will produce fecal bulk which will allow for quicker and easier transit time and evacuation.
  • Opt for natural sources of fiber: Oatmeal, legumes (beans/lentils), fruits and vegetables.

There you have it: Consider every movement a work of perfection!
